Mullen and ARRK, a German leader in automotive engineering

The companies will work together on Mullen’s full range of electric vehicles, starting with the Mullen FIVE EV crossover. ARRK, which has more than 3,500 employees worldwide, will assign up to 180 engineers to support the development of Mullen’s electric vehicles, ensuring the highest performance targets and regulatory compliance for passive safety, security active and noise, vibration and harshness (“NVH”).

(NASDAQ: MULN) (“Mullen” or the “Company”), an emerging electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, today announced a strategic partnership with ARKa leading automotive engineering company based in Munich, Germany.

ARRK will support Mullen Automotive in computer aided engineering (CAE), body-in-white, battery, closures, interior, chassis, thermal and infotainment engineering. ARRK’s initial support will be for the Mullen FIVE EV crossover, then transition to future vehicles, including a seven-passenger SUV program.
